To initiate a return, please email us at assistanceconnect@elmersusan.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send your item back without receiving authorization first.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
If the return is due to our error (wrong size, color, or damaged item), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you and can return the item to you at your expense.
